Wedding Venue Rentals

We require a minimum guest count of 100 for a Saturday wedding.

$6,700

    • 4 Hour Event

    • All-day access to the facility

    • Guest seating, food, and bistro tables

    • Black chiavari chairs

    • China, silverware, glassware, white napkins

    • On-site bridal suite

    • On-site groom’s suite

    • 500 lbs. of ice

    • Set up /clean up

    • Trash removal

  • If you wish to have your ceremony at our facility, there is an additional $2,000 fee. This includes:

    • One additional event hour

    • Ceremony rehearsal time

    • Three ceremony spaces:

      • Covered Veranda, Ballroom, and our Open Air Boxwood Garden

    • Gold ceremony metal backdrop hoop

    • White pergola

    • White garden chairs/set up /break down

  • NOV, DEC, JAN, FEB, JULY, & AUG

    We offer a 15% discount off the venue rental during the off season ($1,000 discount)

Event Planner Packages

    • Catering consultation & menu planning meeting

    • Timeline creation for all food service and catering items

    • Review of event/timelines up to 1 month prior to the event

    • 30-minute ceremony rehearsal

    • Wedding day management of staff & venue set-up

    • Wedding day coordination of all catering-related items (including ceremony and reception)

    • One additional meeting outside of catering planning, up to 1 hour

    • On-site coordination for up to 8 hours of event time

    • Catering consultation & menu planning meeting

    • Timeline creation for full wedding day

    • Review of event/timelines up to 3 months prior to the event

    • 1.5-hour ceremony rehearsal

    • Wedding day management of staff & venue set-up

    • Full wedding day coordination of ceremony & reception

    • One additional meeting outside of catering planning, up to 1 hour

    • On-site coordination for up to 10 hours of event time

    • Catering consultation & menu planning meeting

    • Timeline creation for full wedding day

    • Single point of contact with vendors

    • 1.5-hour ceremony rehearsal

    • Wedding day management of staff & venue set-up

    • Full wedding day coordination of ceremony & reception

    • Three additional meetings outside of catering planning, décor, or layout & flow

    • On-site coordination for up to 12 hours of event time

    • Assistance with purchasing décor, signage, & invitations

    • Assistance with guest list RSVPs, & seating chart

    • Assistance in booking hotel rooms

Event Staffing

Our exceptional service sets us apart from the crowd. Your experienced wedding coordinator will be with you every step of the way as you plan your big day. Together, with our outstanding event staff and the finest chefs in the valley, the Sunnybrook team will ensure that you feel like a guest at your own event. We take care of all event set up, breakdown, and execution so you can focus on marrying your best friend.

  • 2 staff required for week-of flip and setup (tuesday-thursday) to bring your vision to life

    • Catering & Event Staff: $22 per hour

    • (billed for 2 hours of set up, event duration, and 1 hour for breakdown)

    • Bartenders: $25 per hour

    • (billed for 2 hours of set up, event duration, and 1 hour for breakdown)

    • Event Chef (for action stations): $35 per hour

    • (billed for 2 hours of set up, event duration, and 1 hour for breakdown)

Additional Services

  • Sunnybrook Catering is the premier caterer for the Sunnybrook venue. Our chefs will amaze you with their creativity and culinary skill. We can prepare light or heavy hors d’oeuvres, stations, buffets, family style or creative plated dinners. Pricing for catering varies according to food and style selected.
